Sir, Bhiwandi Experiment is an eye-opener for everybody, if we follow the Mohalla Peace Committee concept, I think we can solve many problems amicably, without giving burden to Police and Judiciary.
I always felt that encounter are managed / staged, but after reading the hair raising Ram-Shyam Encounter, with 2 bullets in your body, my perception toward encounter Police Department has changed.
